who are you

Hey, I'm Daniel (or any other name that I decide to add to my list of names). I've been drawing since I was a kid and have been online for probably just as long. I'm a med student who works part-time but I'm not sure how far I'm going to go with my medical career just yet. I'm very passionate about the things I enjoy, sometimes referring to such things as my "home".

It's genuinely difficult to describe who I am. I'm usually quiet, shy, and kept to myself unless I feel like triggering my social anxiety for the day. I can be very blunt or direct about things. I can also be a goofball and I like joking around sometimes. Half the time, I don't know how to do "life". Still, I managed to catch an angel sent by The Universe. Our partner's love is what keeps our system together and our hearts alive. We've been together for over a year.

I'm diagnosed with DID and autism. As a system, we are The Cage and we live as many. Everybody can and will influence what I do. If my attitude or tone suddenly changes or seems weird to you, then this is probably why. Though, I try to be aware of ourselves as much as possible.

Part of mentioning all of this is because this website serves as a place for us to express ourselves. Headmates will also make website changes from time to time- usually without my knowledge.

It wasn't until Neocities when we started making something of our own. We were curious and wanted to see if we could actually make a website and it turns out we can! Sorta. From that point on, this webspace has expanded into something more personal... for better or for worse.

Sometimes I'll switch between "I" and "me" when typing. DID / identity thing.
